Local law enforcement coming together for ‘Christmas in the City’ holiday drive


Local law enforcement agencies are coming together to make sure kids around the Capital City have an enjoyable Christmas holiday.

The Baton Rouge Police Department, the East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office, the Constable’s office and Baton Rouge Emergency Services are hosting ‘Christmas in the City’, Monday, December 23 from 9:00 a.m.- 2:00 p.m.

The event will feature breakfast, pictures with Santa, toy giveaways and a bicycle raffle. The event is free and open to the public. If you’d like to volunteer, or have donations, you can contact the Constable’s office here.
