‘One Walk, Baton Rouge’ benefiting the Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund set for Sunday

The Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund is gearing up for it’s annual ‘One Walk, Baton Rouge’, Sunday, where they are expected thousands of JDRF supporters to gather in the capital city.

The walk is happening at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, October 27 at Highland Road Park in Baton Rouge. Registration is still open.

According to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund, the mission of the walk is to raise money and awareness for the disease and to move towards a world free from juvenile diabetes.

Starting Wednesday, October 23 through Friday, October 25, ever dollar donated to JDRF will be matched by a generous donor up to $20,000.
