Saturday Night Forecast for Baton Rouge 9-30-23
Meteorologist Ashley Renee has your forecast. Pleasant weather will continue overnight and also for the next few days. High pressure is helping to keep our high temps a little above normal for this weekend and as we head into the early part of next week. It's also helping to limit our rain chances. By the end of next week, a cold front could pass through our area. The timing may change depending on the speed of this front and other factors, but for now, it looks like it should reach us maybe late Thursday into early Friday. Cooler and drier air will move in behind this front and showers and t-storms could develop ahead of the front and as it's passing through. Again, we're still a few days out, but this is a possibility for the end of this coming week. Until then, the summer-like feel of our weather will continue. If you have plans to tailgate for the Saints game tomorrow, make sure you have your sunglasses, sunscreen, your team gear of course and plenty of water to stay hydrated. Thanks for watching and have a great Saturday night!
