Tuesday Morning Forecast for Baton Rouge 10-17-23
Meteorologist Ashley Renee has your forecast. If you didn't get enough of the gorgeous weather we had on Monday, well we get to experience more of it today. Today will be mostly sunny, but it'll be a little warmer than yesterday. Highs will be in the mid 70s. High pressure being in place is a factor in our warmer and drier weather. Temps will continue rising more throughout this week. Highs will be in the upper 70s to low 80s for tomorrow and in the low 80s for Thursday through the beginning of next week. A cold front will move through on Thursday evening and into Friday morning. A couple of showers could develop with this front, but most of us probably won't receive any rain. However, just to be on the safe side, pack an umbrella if you have plans to be out Thursday evening. Whether you're going to the Saints game, heading to work or leaving work, have one just in case. Overall, this week will be mostly dry, but we still need plenty more rain to move in to end these extreme and exceptional drought levels that we're dealing with. Thanks for watching. Have a terrific Tuesday!
