Tuesday Morning Forecast for Baton Rouge 11-21-23
Meteorologist Ashley Renee has your 6:45 am forecast. The severe weather threat for our area ended overnight. Showers and t-storms moved out along with the cold front. A couple of isolated showers have popped up again this morning near the river parishes, but we're pretty much done with the rain for today. It will be mostly cloudy, a little breezy and gradually getting cooler throughout today. Highs will be in the mid 60s, but by this late afternoon/evening temps will fall to the upper 50s. Overnight lows will be in the 40s and highs will only be in the upper 50s to low 60s tomorrow. We might get a few peeks of sunshine for Thanksgiving Eve, but skies will be partly to mostly cloudy. Rain is possible on Thanksgiving as a Gulf low could bring showers to our area. Rain chances are around 30% for that day and night. We'll have drier weather going into this weekend, but rain chances will likely return early next week. Highs will be in the upper 50s to mid 60s range for tomorrow through Monday. Thanksgiving will be a little chilly with highs only in the 50s. Thanks for watching. Have a terrific Tuesday!
