Wednesday Evening Forecast for Baton Rouge 10-4-23
Meteorologist Ashley Renee has your forecast. A change in our weather is finally coming. We've been waiting on more rain and most importantly, we've been waiting on cooler weather. Tomorrow will be partly to mostly cloudy and highs will be in the low 90s. It'll feel muggy tomorrow as ESE wind flow will continue bringing in more moisture to our area. Rain chances are around 30% - 40% for Thursday and Friday. With rain chances not being too high, it's possible that some of our viewers won't receive rain. Showers and thunderstorms should develop tomorrow afternoon and evening ahead of the cold front and then showers could continue overnight into Friday morning. A few showers could linger into the later part of the day, but most of the rain should be cleared out after the first cold front. The next one will move in by the evening and that'll bring in and additional surge of cooler and drier air to our region. We'll finally have Fall weather for this weekend and the early part of next week. Highs will be near 80 for the weekend and overnight lows will be in the low to mid 50s for Saturday through Monday nights. Thanks for watching. Have a great night!
