Today: The weekend begins on a great note. Skies will be nice and sunny, and highs will be slightly above average. Winds will be westerly at about 5-10 mph, but gusts could reach 25 mph. High near 64.
Tonight: Clear conditions continue overnight, but this will allow temperatures to plummet into the 30s. Expect a light breeze and cold temperatures. Low near 37.
Extended: Saturday will be like today as far as temperatures are concerned, but skies will be partly cloudy. We’ll see an increase in cloud cover in the evening ahead of our next chance for rain. There is a little model disagreement on the timing of the rain, but right now, it seems like the rain will occur after midnight on Sunday, continuing throughout the day. Next week also starts off a little cooler with highs failing to reach the 60s. On Monday, however, we rebound into the mid to upper 60s before plateauing into the lower 60s as the week ends. Our next rain chance will be on Tuesday.
