Tonight: Clouds increase as a cool front moves into the area. It should pass early Saturday. Morning lows in the mid 60s.

Weekend: Some lingering clouds early on Saturday, but clearing skies are expected as the day goes on. A north breeze between 5 and 15 miles per hour will make it feel very comfortable for Saturday. Be sure to grab the hats and sunblock for the game. Humidity will continue to gradually drop throughout the day, but you won’t really notice it until Sunday. We’ll wake up in the 50s on Sunday. We’re expecting plenty of sunshine and low humidity on Sunday. High temperatures will be in the lower 80s for most areas. Sunday will be the nicest day of the two.

Next Week: Nice weather continues into Monday and Tuesday, but it will be warmer. Humidity will really crank up on Wednesday as winds pick up out of the south. The dry weather conditions will continue until at least Wednesday.  Another front is expected to move into the area Thursday or early Friday. The front would bring us another shot for some cooler weather and possibly even some rain. For now, we’re expecting showers on Wednesday and Thursday. Stay tuned for changes.

Tracking the Tropics: Julia will track toward Central America over the weekend. It’s expected to make landfall in Nicaragua as a hurricane. Some model guidance shows the remnants of Julia moving into the Bay of Campeche next week. It could get pulled northward as a cold front moves into our area from the northwest. Just something to watch for now.
