Tonight: Clear skies with lows a touch warmer in the mid 50s. A great night for the Orionid meteor shower. 

Tomorrow: Partly cloudy skies with highs in the low-to-mid 80s. Southerly winds could be breezy at times from 5 to 15 mph. 

Beyond: Humidity begins to return for the weekend as winds continue to be from the south and southeast. Temperatures will be warm and steady in the low-to mid 80s.  A cold front is set to move through the region next week bringing some showers and thunderstorms. Behind the front, temperatures will be warmer than the last cold front. Highs will be around the mid-to-upper 70s and lows in the mid 50s. 

Tracking the Tropics: An area of low pressure is being looked at with a low chance of formation, but it will not be a threat to land. There is no imminent threat to the Gulf Coast.
