Tonight: A few spotty storms this evening, but most will stay dry. Lows in the mid 70s.
Weekend: High pressure will still be in the region, but it may be far enough to the west where we could see scattered afternoon storms develop as a disturbance passes to our northeast. Rain chance is around 40-50%. Highs will be in the mid 90s, but it will feel between 102°F-109°F Be sure to stay cool and stay hydrated!
Next Week: Spotty summertime storms with highs in the low and mid 90s. Rain chances will likely come up a bit Wednesday and Thursday.
Tracking the Tropics: Invest 90L will likely sit over the Gulf Stream for a couple of days. A tropical depression could develop. Some model guidance has it drifting out to sea, whereas others have it potentially drifting over Florida and into the Gulf. It’s too early to tell, but this could increase our rain chances next week. Something to watch for now.
