Extended – The spring season starts with a great opening weekend. Temperatures will continue to be cooler than average. We drop back into the 40s this evening. Daytime highs will remain in the 60s through Saturday – the first day of spring. Temperatures return into the 70s by Sunday. Daytime highs will jump near 80° by midweek. Skies will remain dry until late Tuesday. Showers and thunderstorms are likely for Wednesday and Thursday. A few individual storms could be strong. Storms will need to be monitored in the coming days.
