StormTracker Forecast…Sunny to start the day, but clouds will build throughout the day all ahead of our next cold front. Temperatures will be above-normal in the upper 60s to lower 70s. The cold front will move into the area, but without sufficient moisture, there won’t be much rain with this front. Rain chance increase to around 20% tonight through early Tuesday morning. Morning temperatures will be sitting in the upper 40s to lower 50s.
We’re back to the gorgeous weather on Tuesday with plenty of sunshine in store for us. Thanks to the cold front, temperatures will only warm into the lower 60s. We will be waking up to the 30s on Wednesday morning. Back to sunny skies with highs in the mid-60s on Wednesday.

The weather pattern begins to change on Thursday, as we start to see an increase in moisture. Scattered showers are possible on Thursday. Our next storm system moves into the area starting on Friday. The timing is still unknown with this system, but for now, it appears to be late on Friday through Saturday afternoon. Severe weather will also be a possibility. The Storm Prediction Center has already placed Southeast Louisiana under a Slight Risk for severe weather. This is still several days out, so a lot can change between now and then. Stay tuned.
