Today: Today will be mostly sunny and mostly dry with highs reaching around 92-94 degrees. A welcome break from some recent rain. The chance of rain won’t be z0% today, but rather 20-30%. Overnight lows should dip into the mid-70s. 

Tomorrow: Isolated to spotty storms may be possible in the afternoon tomorrow. Highs will remain high in the low-90s. 

Wednesday-Friday: Rain coverage increases in the middle to later part of the week with scattered to numerous showers and storms. Highs will be a little cooler thanks to the rain only reaching the mid-upper 80s.  

Saturday-Sunday: This weekend will continue scattered rain chances in the afternoons with highs in the upper-80s to near 90 degrees. 

Tracking the Tropics: The tropical wave in the Gulf has moved into South Texas without developing. There is another wave in the open Atlantic with a 10% chance of development in the next 48 hours. However, this wave is no threat to North America.
