Tuesday: Skies should gradually clear, but some areas could be locked under some lingering clouds at least until the afternoon and evening. Afternoon temperatures will only be in the mid 50s. Wednesday: Plenty of sunshine and afternoon highs in the low and mid 60s. Overnight temperatures near 40°F.
Thursday: Even warmer with plenty of sunshine in place. Highs will top out near 70°F. Overnight temperatures in the 50s.
Christmas Eve: Turning much warmer in the mid and upper 70s. Santa Claus will likely be in shorts for his visit to the Red Stick! Overnight in the upper 50s to lower 60s.
Christmas Day: Warm and quiet with highs in the upper 70s to around 80°F. Record high temperature for Christmas Day in Baton Rouge was 83°F back in 2015. Very warm!
Sunday: Feeling like springtime with highs near 80 once again!
