Tonight: Showers will travel towards the southeast and away from us early tonight, and as a result, we’ll stay mainly dry. There is the slight chance of an isolated showers, but we are not expecting a stormy night. Skies will be mostly cloudy. Temperatures will be in the low to mid 70s. Winds will be light. Low near 73.
Tomorrow: Tuesday will be another stormy day with widespread thunderstorms. There could be a few pockets of heavy rain, which could lead to ponding or even flooding in some areas. The timing looks like it will be around noon, but storms could develop earlier. Make sure to stay weather aware. Remember to never drive through flooded water. If your area floods, head to higher ground. Winds will be light. High near 85.
Extended: Wednesday will be the final day of storms for the week. These will be more scattered, but you’ll still want to keep the umbrellas handy. Temperatures will be in the upper 80s and a little closer to average. We return to the 90s on Thursday and stay there for the rest of the week heading into the following week. We’ll stay mainly dry; however, there is a small chance for precipitation each day.
