Tonight: A stray shower is possible overnight, but we’ll stay mainly dry. Temperatures will be slightly above average, and it will feel very muggy and a little warmer than actual temperatures. Skies will be partly cloudy, and winds will be southerly at 5-10 mph. Low near 75.
Tomorrow: Expect another hot and super humid day. Highs will rise into the lower 90s, but feels-like temperatures will rise into the upper 90s to low 100s. Make sure to stay hydrated throughout the day. It will feel steamy with a lot of moisture in the air, and unfortunately, a few storms are possible in the afternoon. The storms will be scattered, and the day will not be a washout. Winds will be southerly at 5-10 mph. High near 90.
Extended: The heat and humidity will linger for a while. Heat indices will rise into the upper 90s and low 100s throughout the week. Actual highs will be in the upper 80s and lower 90s. There is a daily chance of rain, but Monday and Tuesday look to be the best opportunities. Right now, there is a chance for scattered showers on the fourth, but we are a week out. Things could change by then.
