Tonight: It’s going to be a fairly quiet night. Temperatures will drop into the mid 70s with mostly clear skies. There could be isolated showers early in the night, but we’ll stay mostly dry. Winds will be light out of the northwest. Low near 75.
Tomorrow: Get ready for another sweltering day with heat indices in the triple digits. We’ll begin the day with mostly sunny skies, but clouds will gradually move in by the afternoon. This is also when we have the chance for scattered storms. There could be pockets of heavy rain. Winds will be light out of the northwest. High near 95.
Extended: The hot and steamy weather will continue throughout the week. Unfortunately, the rain chances will be present, and there could be at least spotty showers every day. Highs will be in the mid 90s again on Monday, and there is the chance for scattered storms. Rain chances and temperatures will be slightly lower on Tuesday. There is a better chance for showers and storms from Wednesday through Friday, but it does not look like the days will be washouts. Temperatures will only be in the low 90s from the middle of the week through the weekend. There is the chance for brief storms on Saturday. Otherwise, skies will be partly cloudy.
