Tonight: Expect a few passing showers mainly before midnight. After the showers pass, skies will be mostly cloudy, which will help temperatures to be unseasonably warm. Lows will fall into the upper 60s and lower 70s. Winds will be southeasterly at 5-10 mph, and it will feel muggy outside. Low near 69.
Tomorrow: The day will start off mostly cloudy, but after noon, we’ll begin to see storms move through the area. This is all ahead of a slow moving front that is currently located over Kansas. Highs will be a little cooler than average with temperatures in the upper 70s and lower 80s, but it will be a little uncomfortable and feel warmer with dew points in the 70s. Winds will be southwesterly at 5-10 mph. Make sure to stay weather aware tomorrow. High near 80.
Extended: Storms will continue on Sunday night along the edge of the cold front. Showers should clear early on Monday morning, and the rest of the day will be warm and dry. Highs will rise into the low to mid 80s with partly cloudy skies. We’ll start to see more sunshine on Tuesday with temperatures in the lower 80s. As we head into the weekend, temperatures will jump into the upper 80s. With elevated dew points, it could very much feel like the low 90s in some areas.
