Tonight: It will be a hot one this evening with a few showers, but most will stay dry and mainly clear. Morning temperatures will be in the low and mid 70s.
Monday: Another Heat Advisory has been issued for tomorrow with temperatures reaching the mid to upper 90s. Feels-like temperatures will be over 108°F. Rain chances do return for the start of the week with a 30% chance.
Tuesday: Rain chances increase on Tuesday to 40%. Mostly dry for the first part of the day with increasing clouds throughout the day. High near 95°F.
This Week: Hot with higher rain chances Monday – Thursday, but it will not be a washout. Rain chances will slowly increase by the middle part of the week. Temperatures will slowly start to cool a bit during the week. Highs in the low and mid 90s.
Tracking the Tropics: Henri made landfall this morning as a tropical storm in Rhode Island. It is expected to weaken into a tropical depression by Monday afternoon. No threats to Louisiana.
