Tomorrow: The cooler air will truly kick in tomorrow as highs will be about 15 degrees below average. Expect a cloudy start to the day but lots of sunshine by the afternoon. Winds again will be northwesterly at 10-15 mph, so it will feel a little cooler outside. High near 53.
Extended: Monday night into Tuesday morning could have the coolest temperatures of the year. Lows are expected to drop into the upper 20s and lower 30s. We are under a freeze watch between 10 p.m. Monday through 8 a.m. Tuesday. Make sure to protect people, pets, plants, pipes and property. Tuesday’s highs will be a hair warmer with highs in the mid 50s. Temperatures will then be in the 60s on Wednesday, and we could see an afternoon shower. Showers will continue overnight into Thursday, but after that, we’ll stay mainly dry. Temperatures heading into the weekend will only be in the mid 50s to lower 60s, which is well below average.
