Tonight: Temperatures overnight will be fairly mild and close to average, but it will be a bit muggy. There is the chance for scattered showers, and things will really pick up shortly before sunrise. Winds will be easterly at 5-10. Low near 75.
Tomorrow: We’re dealing with an unsettled weather pattern, and tomorrow, we are looking at another stormy day. Showers will begin a little before sunrise, which could lead to a rainy commute. Storms are possible in the afternoon hours, but things will begin to wind down in the evening. At times, heavy rain is possible, and this could lead to localized flooding. Winds will be easterly at 5-10 mph. High near 81.
Extended: More storms will move across the southern portion of the state on Tuesday and Wednesday. They won’t be as widespread on Wednesday. Thursday will be mostly dry with the chance for an afternoon storm, and this is what we are looking at over the weekend. The good news is that temperatures will gradually increase as we progress through the week, and by the weekend, temperatures will return to the 90s.
