Tonight: Some areas of fog overnight. Morning temperatures will dip into the upper 60s for most areas. Some may only drop into the lower 70s.
Monday: It’ll be a foggy start to Monday, as fog clears temperatures will quickly jump to the upper 80s by the afternoon hours. Rain chances will stay low for now. Overnight lows expected to drop into the upper 60s.
Tuesday: We will stay dry and very warm and humid. We could see some afternoon showers. Only a Isolated chance rain for now. Overnight temperatures expect to be in the mid 60s
Rest of the week: Storms return Wednesday ahead of a cold front. We will need to monitor the potential for severe weather. The Storm Prediction Center has placed the region under a Slight Risk for severe weather on Wednesday. A Slight Risk is a level 2 out of 5 threat. There are still a lot of uncertainties at this point. Ahead of the front, highs will be in the mid 80s and behind the front temperatures are back down in the lowers 70s.
Tracking the Tropics: There is one area of development that we could see form into something by next week. This tropical wave only has a 30% chance of development for now, but well continue watch the tropics going into this week.
