Tonight: Lows will be very warm tonight with temperatures staying above 60. Skies will begin as cloudy, but just before midnight, rain will enter the region. The rain will continue through about 3 a.m. before becoming scattered. Winds will be southeasterly at 10 mph. Low near 62.
Tomorrow: Although most of the day will be cloudy, there is a slight chance for showers throughout the day as a front approaches the area. Monday will not be a washout. Winds will be southwesterly at 10-15 mph. High near 77.
Extended: Tuesday and Wednesday are days to stay weather aware. We are currently under a marginal risk for severe weather on Tuesday and there is a slight chance for severe weather on Wednesday. We are not expecting these to be heavy rainfall events, but we are expecting strong to severe thunderstorms. Temperatures on Tuesday will be just shy of 80. On Wednesday, temperatures will only be in the upper 60s and lower 70s, and this is where our temperatures will stay as we end the week. The good news is that after Wednesday, we’ll see dry weather.
