A Flash Flood Watch continues through noon Saturday. Additional rain totals between now and then look to be 2-4″ with locally higher amounts. Backwater flooding will be an issue, so we will need to monitor local river levels in the coming days. Some spots are expected to reach minor flood stage. You can find the river forecast here.
Today & Tonight: Morning rains have moved to our south. The afternoon should be relatively quiet until another round of storms moves in Thursday night/overnight. Highs in the lower 70s. Rain chance is around 70% early in the day. Overnight low near 60°F.
Friday: Some morning storms, but activity should increase more during the afternoon and evening hours. Rain chance is around 70%. High near 70. Overnight temperature near 60.
Saturday: Passing rain during the morning, but the rest of the day should be dry, except for some late night showers. Either way, it won’t be a washout. Highs will be in the upper 60s to lower 70s.
Sunday: We finally start to dry out, but we’ll still hang onto clouds a good bit. A few morning showers are possible. High near 70. Overnight temperature near 50.
Next Week: Much drier weather pattern. Highs in the 70s and each day will get warmer, but it will be very pleasant.
