Tracking the Tropics: Larry continues to move over the open Atlantic. This will stay away from the United States, but will impact the Atlantic coastline with an increased rip current risk. coastal rain.
A disturbance may move into the southern Gulf in the next few days. Whether it develops or not, it may move toward Texas and Louisiana, which means it will bring heavy rain to the northwestern Gulf Coast by early next week. We’re watching closely.
