Extended – A slow moving system will bring showers and heavy downpours to portions of the viewing area Friday and early Saturday. Storms will be spotty over the weekend. More widespread rain arrives on Monday with a few thunderstorms. Otherwise, the overall pattern becomes slightly more settled by Tuesday. Temperatures will sink by a few degrees. Sunny and dry skies return for a majority of the week. By late week, temperatures will become more seasonable.
