Tonight: A Dense Fog Advisory is in place from 9 PM tonight through 11 AM Friday. Visibility may be around half a mile or less, which can lead to hazardous driving. Temperatures will be in the low and mid 60s for most areas. Some areas may briefly dip down into the upper 50s.

Friday: Foggy to start, but the fog should dissipate by mid-morning. Sunshine and clouds with highs in the lower 80s. A stray shower will be possible, but most areas will stay dry.

This Weekend: Heading into the weekend, surface high pressure over the Gulf will keep winds from the south allowing for moisture to stay in place. Humid conditions with dewpoints in the 60s are expected. There is the chance for some showers on Saturday, but chances increase overnight into Sunday along with the possibility for a few thunderstorms.

Next Week: The next weather system will be a strong cold front with showers and storms that will form early in the week and move through our area beginning Tuesday. There is a possibility of strong to severe storms with this system that we will be watching closely. The forecast for the exact timing and details will be fine-tuned as we get closer. Much colder weather returns by Thursday, but especially Friday.
