Tonight: Mainly clear with overnight temperatures in the 50s for most areas. 

Friday: A good amount of sunshine before clouds fill in ahead of a cold front. The front itself may not pass until late Friday and into early Saturday. High temperatures will be around 80 degrees. Showers are possible late Friday evening through Saturday morning. Sunrise temperatures may be in the 40s and 50s in wake of the front. 

Saturday: Rain will come to an end by the morning hours. Clouds will likely hang tight for most of the day. Temperatures will struggle to warm. Afternoon temperatures will be in the 50s. If we have sunshine, we may warm to around 60, but don’t count on that. Winds will be gusty out of the north.  Overnight temperatures will be in the mid and upper 30s.

Sunday: Frosty start to the day with afternoon temperatures only in the upper 50s to around 60 degrees. At least there will be sunshine. Overnight temperatures in the 30s and 40s.  

Next Week: Highs will be in the 50s and 60s and lows in the 40s. A storm system will bring rain to our area Monday and Tuesday until a cold front clears the area by midweek. Another system could pass through Thursday and Friday. Cool weather will stick around through at least next weekend. 

Tracking the Tropics: Nicole made landfall in Florida and is now headed for the Big Bend. It will accelerate to the north and northeast, bringing a mess of weather along the East Coast.
