Tonight: Partly cloudy skies with morning temperatures in the upper 50s to lower 60s.

Friday: Passing clouds ahead of a weakening cool front. High temperatures will be in the upper 80s to around 90 degrees. The cool front should clear the area by early Saturday. Overnight temperatures will be in the low and mid 60s.

Weekend: Some lingering clouds early on Saturday, but clearing skies are expected as the day goes on. A north breeze between 10 and 15 miles per hour will make it feel very comfortable for Saturday. Be sure to grab the hats and sunblock for tailgating. Humidity will continue to drop and we’ll wake up in the 50s Sunday morning. Plenty of sunshine and low humidity on Sunday. High temperatures will be in the low and mid 80s.

Next Week: The dry weather conditions will continue until at least Wednesday. Humidity and temperatures will begin to climb as we head into the middle of the week. Another front may move into the area by Thursday or Friday. The front would bring us another shot for some cooler weather and possibly even some rain.

Tracking the Tropics: Tropical Depression 13 has officially developed near the coast of Venezuela. It is forecast to intensify into a hurricane and take aim toward Central America this weekend. Next name on the list is Julia.
