Tonight: It’s not going to be nearly as cold as previous nights. We’ll have mainly clear skies and morning lows in the 40s and 50s.

Friday: We’re even warmer with highs in the lower 80s. It will still be rather pleasant, though. Overnight temperatures will be in the 50s.

Saturday & Sunday: It’s going to be a nice weekend overall, but it’s going to be warmer and a bit more humid. More clouds will be in place, but there will be a lot of sunshine. Make sure to grab the sunglasses and sunblock if you’re headed to the homecoming games or festivities. Highs will be in the low and mid 80s.

Next Week: Another front is expected to move into the area Tuesday and Wednesday. For now, the best chance for rain looks to be Tuesday and Tuesday night. Some rain could linger into Wednesday morning, too. The timing and rain coverage will have to be adjusted in the coming days. Rain totals look to be manageable at this time. The front will not bring us a major cooldown, but it will still bring us pleasant conditions. Highs back down in the 70s and lows in the 50s. A stronger front could move into the area Halloween weekend, but it’s just something to watch for now.

Tracking the Tropics: No tropical development expected for the next 5 days.
