Tonight: Any rain that is out there this evening will fade tonight. We’ll be mostly quiet overnight. Morning temperatures will be in the mid 70s.
Friday: A ridge of high pressure will keep things generally on the dry side and very hot. A Heat Advisory is in place from 9 AM – 7 PM. Heat indices between 108°F and 112°F are likely. Be sure you stay cool, stay hydrated, and do not forget about your pets in the heat!
Saturday & Sunday: Rain chances will be around 10% on Saturday and 20% on Sunday. Highs will be in the mid and possibly upper 90s. Excessive heat alerts will likely be in effect due to high temperatures and high humidity.
Next Week: Hot and humid with scattered storms. Highs in the low and mid 90s.
Tracking the Tropics: Grace is now headed for the mainland of Mexico. Henri may indirectly or directly impact New England. No other tropical trouble for now, but we may need to watch for development in the Caribbean next week. The National Hurricane Center is not highlighting anything at the moment, but that could change. Just something to watch for now.
