Tomorrow: We’ll see more impacts from Tropical Depression Eight tomorrow as the storm moves towards the Texas coast and intensifies. Expect numerous storms throughout the day. There is the potential for heavy rain within the thunderstorms, and this could lead to localized flooding. The storms will begin before noon, but things will really pick up in the afternoon hours. The night should be mostly quiet with just the chance for a few passing showers. Winds will be easterly at 10-20 mph. High near 86.
Extended: Storms will continue on Saturday, so it is a good idea to move your plans inside. Storms will again be widespread. Temperatures will be in the mid 80s. Sunday will feature scattered storms, but temperatures will be a little higher. Monday will be another stormy day, and more storms will follow on Tuesday and Wednesday. The storms on these two days, however, will be scattered. Thursday is the best chance to see some sunshine, but there is the chance for isolated storms in the afternoon.
