Tonight – Increasing clouds. Mild and muggy. Lows near 70.
Tomorrow – Showers and thunderstorms. Individual storms could be strong to severe. We sit under a Marginal Risk [1 of 5] for severe weather. Highs near 81.
Extended – The weather pattern in the coming days will be somewhat unsettled. It starts midday on Friday with few strong to severe thunderstorms. In fact, we’ll see multiple rounds of rain through Wednesday. However, not every day will be a loss. Storms will be hit or miss on Saturday, Monday and Tuesday. Storms become more numerous and likely for Sunday and Wednesday. We’ll see roughly 1-3″ for most locations over the next seven days. Widespread flooding is not likely; however, some localized areas may see some ponding water.
Temperatures will dip beyond our cold front on Friday. Temperatures will retreat back to normal for a few days before bouncing back into the upper 80s.
Eventually, we fall into a drier and cooler pattern by next weekend.
