Tonight: Partly cloudy. Overnight temperatures in the mid and upper 70s.

Friday: Widely scattered storms are possible during the afternoon and early evening hours. Otherwise, partly cloudy skies with highs in the low and mid 90s.

This Weekend: Scattered afternoon storms on Saturday, but there will be plenty of dry time in the mix. A couple of storms may turn strong and produce gusty wind, lightning, and downpours. Another batch of rain could move in Saturday night. There is a better shot for storms on Sunday as a stalling front will lead to at least scattered storms. Otherwise, partly cloudy and hot with highs in the low and mid 90s.

Next Week: Scattered to numerous showers and storms for a good portion of the week thanks to the stalled boundary. We will have to watch for heavy rain and flash flooding. Highs will be near 90 degrees.

Tracking the Tropics: No additional development for the next 5 days.
