The 18th named storm of the 2019 Atlantic Hurricane Season has formed in the open Atlantic, as of Tuesday morning. Keep in mind, the season continues through November 30th.
Thankfully, it will be short-lived and will stay away from Louisiana, the United States, and land all together.
Sebastien has maximum sustained winds of 45 miles per hour (m.p.h.) and is tracking to the north-northwest around 8 m.p.h.. It will hold its strength for around 48 hours before dissipating.
