StormTracker Forecast…High pressure will continue to rule the weather pattern until Thursday. Our next rainmaker will move in late on Thursday and into early Friday. Until then, enjoy the sunny to mostly sunny and quiet weather!
A cold start in the lower 30s, but once the sun comes up, temperatures will warm into the 50s around lunchtime and then lower 60s this afternoon. Another chilly night ahead with lows dipping into the upper 30s to lower 40s. Wednesday will be a nice day overall, but we may see a tad bit more cloud cover. Highs will be in the upper 60s and we will stay rain-free. Thursday will consist of clouds and sun with highs in the 70s. Rain chances increase late Thursday night and into Friday morning as a cold front pushes through the area. A strong storm or two will be possible. This cold front won’t bring us a major cool-down, but temperatures will be back in the 60s by Saturday. Temperatures rebound into the 70s on Sunday. The front stalls out in the northern Gulf of Mexico and lifts to the north as a warm front on Sunday, which means an uptick in moisture and we may see a few showers late on Sunday. Rain chances ramp up ahead of another cold front, which will push through Monday/Tuesday – this front is expected to knock our temperatures back into the 50s.
