Today: Cool weather has settled in for the morning with lows in the upper-30s but this afternoon we’ll warm to the low-70s thanks to high pressure. A few clouds from extra moisture in Texas may move in during the evening. Tonight will still be chilly in the mid-40s.

Wednesday-Friday: We’ll continue our warm up through Friday thanks to high pressure. Wednesday reach 73 before shooting to 77 on Friday. This will certainly be above average for this time of year. Friday night sees increasing clouds, with possible showers and changes as we head into the weekend.

Saturday-Sunday: Showers may return for the weekend with cooler temperatures as a cold front nears Louisiana.

Tracking the Tropics: Today is the last day of the Atlantic Hurricane Season! Still no activity to track in the tropics.
