Tonight: Partly cloudy, humid, and warm overnight. Wake-up temperatures will be in the upper 60s to lower 70s.

Wednesday: Mostly sunny, hot, and muggy. High temperatures will be in the low and mid 90s, but it will feel closer to 100 degrees thanks to the high humidity.

Thursday & Friday: Each day will be mostly dry thanks to a stout ridge of high pressure, but the ridge will begin to break down Friday. High temperatures will be in the low and mid 90s daily, but it will feel hotter than that.

This Weekend: Storm chances return to the forecast as a disturbance swings through the area and a cold front moves into the region. Scattered to numerous showers and storms are expected at times. A cold front will likely pass through our area Sunday before stalling out in the northern Gulf of Mexico. That will lead to lingering rain chances Monday and Tuesday of next week.
