Potential Impacts and Timing

Estimated rain totals look to be around 1 to 2 inches with locally higher amounts likely, this could lead to flooding in our most vulnerable spots in low-lying and poor drainage areas. A couple of storms an showers may re-develop later in the afternoon or evening, as well.

After the Storms

Before the cold front passes, we will hold the chance for showers and a few storms. The cold front will clear the area Friday morning and we will have mostly dry and warm conditions for the remainder of the day. Another storm system will move through the region Saturday and Sunday. Seven-day rain totals may be around 2 to 4 inches. Locally higher rain totals are likely.
