Extended – A line of showers arrives on Wednesday with some embedded thunderstorms. One or two storms could be strong. Our southern Mississippi counties sit under a marginal risk for severe weather. Thanksgiving Day will be mild and mainly dry. Storms return late Friday into Saturday. More strong thunderstorms are possible over the weekend. Temperatures eventually dip by Sunday. Expect a much cooler pattern heading into the new work week.
