Tonight: Mostly cloudy skies with a slight chance for rain before sunset. Lows near 77° with winds out of the southwest at 5 mph.
Tomorrow: Mix of sun and clouds with a chance for storms late morning through the afternoon. Highs near 95° with feel-like temperatures between 108°-112° and winds out of the northwest at 5 mph.
Extended: Our main concern as we head into the beginning of the workweek will be extreme heat. Feel-like temperatures are forecast to climb into the triple digits daily anywhere between 108° and 112°, heat advisories are likely through the afternoon. These temperatures could cause heat related illnesses like heat exhaustion and stroke, so please remember your heat safety tips! Starting Wednesday night through Thursday a frontal system is forecast to sink south, not giving us much relief in temperatures but increasing our rain chances. We’ll dry back out by Friday leading us into yet another hot weekend with a slight chance for showers.
