Today: Patchy fog may be possible in the morning with increased cloud cover through mid-morning. The cloud cover should clear through late-morning leaving sunny skies by the afternoon. Temperatures should warm a few degrees warmer than yesterday’s high of 72 degrees. Baton Rouge will have a high near 74 degrees. Dry weather stays in place today thanks to high pressure. Overnight lows only cool to the low-50s since cloud cover will increase again overnight.
Thursday-Friday: Clouds will continue to flow in and out of the region on Thursday and Friday with high temperatures remaining relatively steady. Both Thursday and Friday will likely see highs near 74 to 75 degrees. Dry weather sticks around thanks to high pressure continuing to influence our weather.
Saturday-Sunday: Showers may return for the weekend as high pressure weakens but temperatures still stay warm. Showers chances are also looking low. Grab an umbrella but, you may not need to use it.
Monday-Tuesday: A weak cool front could drop highs into the upper-60s Monday but cloud cover stays in place with highs returning to the 70s on Tuesday.
