StormTracker Forecast…We have another beautiful day on tap! Be sure to go out and enjoy it because starting tomorrow, we will enter a more unsettled weather pattern.
We are waking up to temperatures in the 40s this morning – something we haven’t done since April! Once the sun rises, temperatures will quickly warm up. Afternoon highs will be in the low to mid-70s and humidity values will be low. Another chilly night ahead with temperatures dipping into the 40s & 50s.
A wet weather pattern will begin to set up late on Thursday. We’ll start Thursday off on a clear note, but clouds will build throughout the day. Rain chance is around 20%. Showers and storms are likely on Friday. Our area may see periods of heavy rain, so be sure to keep the rain gear nearby. Our most two reliable weather models, the European and the American (GFS), show rain lingering into Saturday. They diverge in terms of intensity and timing. The American model shows rain clearing during the morning, whereas the European model shows a wet Saturday.
We will keep you posted on-air and online! In the meantime, enjoy the nice autumn weather!
