Today: A few early morning showers are possible thanks to a passing cold front. Sunny to mostly sunny today with highs in the upper 70s to lower 80s. Wind will be out of the north around 5-15 miles per hour. Dropping humidity throughout the day.
Tonight: Clear skies and quiet conditions. Temperatures will be in the low and mid 50s by the morning hours.
Thursday: Sunny skies with highs in the upper 70s to low 80s. Overnight temperatures will be in the upper 50s.
Friday: Another cold front will begin to move into the region. This front will be stronger than the midweek front. We stay dry during the first half of the day, but showers and storms will likely move in late in the afternoon and Friday night. Some storms may be strong to severe. The SPC has placed our area under a Marginal Risk (threat level 1 out of 5) for severe weather Friday and Friday night. The main threats will be damaging wind, hail, and heavy rain. Timing and intensity may change, so be sure to check back in with the StormTracker weather team in the coming days. Afternoon temperatures will be in the low and mid 80s.
Saturday: A few morning showers are possible. Saturday’s weather is all dependent on what happens with the cold front. Clouds may linger for most of the day. Highs in the lower 70s. Overnight temperatures will be in the 40s and 50s.
Mother’s Day: The weather should improve greatly for Mother’s Day – partly cloudy skies with highs in the upper 70s.
Monday & Tuesday: Mostly sunny and dry with highs in the low and mid 80s.
