Friday-Sunday: Widely scattered showers and storms at times with highs in the low and mid 90s. Humidity will continue to creep back up.

Tracking the Tropics: It’s August, which means the tropics are coming alive again, especially with a pattern flip that will make the Atlantic more conducive for tropical development. The National Hurricane Center is monitoring a few disturbances in the open Atlantic. They all currently have a low chance of development.
