Tonight: A few lingering showers are possible early in the night, but once these showers pass, skies will be dry and mostly cloudy. Winds will be light and lows will fall into the lower 70s, which is higher than average. Low near 71.
Tomorrow: The day will have a warm and dry start, but in the afternoon, showers will appear. They look to be widely scattered right now. Otherwise, skies will be partly cloudy, and it will be a muggy day. Winds will be light. High near 88.
Extended: Friday will be another hot and steamy day with highs in the lower 90s. There is yet again another chance for afternoon showers. We could see more showers on Saturday. On Sunday and Monday, there is the potential for heavy rain due to Tropical Storm Cristobal. We are currently under a flood watch through Tuesday as a result. After the storm passes, our rain chances decrease and our temperatures return to average. Make sure to have a plan, and stay weather aware!
