Tracking the Tropics: There are three areas highlighted by the NHC. The wave in the Caribbean could become a tropical system in the coming days and is expected to enter the southern Gulf this weekend. Too soon to tell where it ultimately ends up since a center has not developed yet. Some models point it toward Louisiana and Texas, which means we must keep watch on this very carefully.
