Tonight – Showers and storms after midnight. Heavy rain potential. Flooding risk. Lows near 70.
Tomorrow – Showers and storms. Periods of heavy rain. Flood risk continues. Highs near 80.
Extended – The risk for heavy rain and flooding continues tonight and throughout the day tomorrow. Our Flash Flood Watch had been extended until Thursday evening. new estimates are showing an additional 2-4″ of rain with some local higher amounts in pockets. Stay weather aware and have a plan for potential flooding. Right now, the ground is so saturated that any additional heavy rain will become an issue.
Showers and storms continue through early Friday. However, the sun returns Friday afternoon and we finally fall into a drier pattern. We’ll get a nice stretch to dry out from this week’s rain.
Seasonable temperatures will extended through the weekend. Expect temperatures to quickly elevated by Monday as we move into a more summertime pattern. Daytime highs could even reach the 90s.
